All cancellation should be made in writing and sent to WRF Summit conference Secretariat.
All cancellation received on or before 31st December 2023 will be entitled for refund of 75% of the registration amount paid.
Cancellation made after 31st December 2023 till 31st January 2024 will be entitled for refund of 50% of the registration amount paid.
Cancellation made after 31st January 2024 will not be entitled for any refund of the registration amount paid.
No refund on accommodation fee.
The refund process will be completed within 45 days of completion of the conference.
Full refund if event cancelled due to Covid-19 & government guidelines.
